Movin' On's 50th Anniversary: Know Before You Go!

Movin’ On’s 50th Anniversary is this Friday. Before you make your way to the IM Fields on May 2nd, here are some things for you to know about the event.

Gates will open at 3:30 p.m. at the IM Fields. To enter, attendees must be 18+ and are required to show a valid government or Penn State student I.D. at the entrance. 

Permitted bags include clear totes (12”x12”x 6”), plastic bags (11”x11”x 0”), and a wallet/clutch (6.5”x4.5”). Guests can bring in an empty reusable water bottle, which can be refilled in the water refill station at the festival.

Prohibited items include:

• Drugs and alcohol

• Smoking devices

• Weapons

• Noisemakers

• Laser pointers

• Projectiles/balls

• Professional Cameras

• Lawn chairs

• Umbrellas

• Camping

• Pets

• Backpacks, Mesh bags, String bags, Fanny packs, etc,

Any bags or items left outside the gate will be considered trash and security will dispose of it accordingly.

For anyone who is unsure of how they will make it to the IM Fields, Movin’ On is working with SPIN to offer a $3 credit to anyone whose ride is ending at the Movin’ On parking zone (racks in East Halls). The offer is available to attendees from 3-11 p.m. on the festival day.

Get some Spikeball in with the PSU Roundnet team! They'll be there to bring the fun to you, even if you've never played before. Let loose, have some fun, and get some FREE Spikeball swag. For advanced players, take a shot at playing against some of the best players in the game.
