RULES & SAFETY
Movin’ On is a 100% substance-free event, created for Penn State students. Attendees must be aged 18+ and have a valid Penn State Student ID or government-issued ID to enter. Movin’ On has rules and regulations in place to make sure safety is maintained for all those at the festival. There will be two entrance/exit points to the IM Field with security measures in place. The following items and activities are banned:
The following ARE permitted into the event:
Clear Tote (12" x 12" x 6"), Plastic Zip Top Bag (11" x 11" x 0"), Wallet or Clutch (6.5" x 4.5").
The following are NOT permitted into the event: Backpack, Binoculars Case, Camera Case, Fanny Pack, Mesh Bag, Oversized Tote, String Bag, Briefcase, Tinted Plastic Bag, Roller Bag.
Attendees are permitted to bring an empty reusable water bottle. There will be a water refill station at the event. Any bag or item left outside the gate will be considered trash and will be disposed of accordingly.
PARKING
Parking will be available for $10 located on Stadium West Parking Lot, accessed from Park Avenue. Parking will also be available for $1 per hour in the East Parking Deck, accessed from Bigler Road. There are no prepay options available.
