RULES & SAFETY
Movin’ On is a 100% substance-free event, for Penn State students ages 18+. Attendees must have a valid Penn State Student ID or government issued ID to enter. Movin’ On has rules and regulations in place to make sure safety is maintained for all those at the festival. There will be two entrance/exit points to the IM Field with security measures in place. The following items and activities are banned:

NO ALCOHOL

NO BAGS

NO SMOKING

NO CAMPING

NO NOISEMAKERS

NO UMBRELLAS

NO LAWN CHAIRS
NO BOTTLES (UNLESS EMPTY OR REUSABLE)
NO LASER POINTERS
NO PETS
NO WEAPONS
NO BALLS/PROJECTILES
NO VIDEO RECORDING OR PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS
No bags are permitted. This includes: backpacks, fanny packs, purses, messenger bags, string bags, camera bags, diaper bags, brief cases, roll bags, duffel bags, binocular cases, and any other bags. Attendees may bring a wristlet with or without a strap (no larger than 4" x 6" x 1"). Attendees are permitted to bring an empty reusable water bottle. There will be a water refill station at the event. Any item left outside the gate will be considered trash and will be disposed of accordingly.
PARKING
Event parking will be available for $5 (cash only) at Stadium West. Vehicles displaying a valid Penn State parking permit will not be subject to the event parking fee. Visitors parking at Stadium West are encouraged to use the sidewalk along University Drive to walk to and from the festival area. No overnight parking is permitted in any of the commuter lots (Stadium West, Lot 44, Porter North). Click below to view location on Google Maps.
