Spring Break Rewind Playlist

Music unites us in every way- and through this playlist we can all be connected on our separate spring break trips. 

Whether you are going to stay at an all-inclusive beach resort, traveling abroad or just hanging out at home; this playlist will take you on a journey. 

This playlist has everything you want in a week-off of school- who doesn’t want pop music playing constantly in an Airbnb with your best friends for a whole week? 

Starting off with a pop production banger in Don’t Take the Money by Bleachers- this song is the perfect start to an amazing spring break. 

Surrender by WALK THE MOON, Fool For Love by Lord Huron and I Know A Place by MUNA all have vastly different vibes, but I think an emotional rollercoaster is needed on a spring break trip. Right? 2/14 by The Band CAMINO, Free by Florence + The Machine, Getaway Car by Taylor Swift and The Sound by The 1975 all make everyone happy. Sometimes you need a happy go-lucky song to scream in the car. 

Now, since we are bringing 2016 back- may I suggest some of my favorites from the 2010’s music scene. Classic by MKTO will always be the standard for me- trust me on this guys. 

Thrift Shop by Macklemore had to be on here, as did Dynamite by Taoi Cruz and Geronimo by Sheppard. The energy of these songs is enough to fuel me for years to come. 

Now, since we are all in different parts of our college journeys- we have to have some nostalgia for our past on this break. May I suggest, Supercut by Lorde for some emotional distress or Live While We’re Young by One Direction for a bit of a lighter vibe. 

Anything Can Happen by Ellie Goulding deserves a spot on this playlist because anything TRULY CAN happen during this week. 

There are plenty of songs on this playlist for all to listen and enjoy.
