Top 10 Songs That Should Be On Your Halloween Playlist

Happy Halloweekend everyone! As we all know, crafting the perfect playlist is essential for any festivity. Your Halloween playlist should be filled with the Halloween essentials and the songs that make you feel like you should be in a Halloween-themed music video. From classics to recent releases, these are the top ten songs that should be on your playlist this weekend.

It would be wrong of me to not include this Halloween staple. It just wouldn’t be Halloween without hearing this classic. The song was released in 1982 and is still one of the most streamed songs, especially around October.

Billie Eilish is no stranger to stepping outside the box and creeping people out in her music videos (yes, I’m talking about the spider). "Bury a Friend" is the perfect balance between a cool and creepy vibe. The song was released in 2019 and currently has over 900,000,000 streams on Spotify.

This is the perfect song to give you that music video moment and that mysterious vibe. Think of it as your entrance song. The original version of the song came out in 1969 and was remastered in 1990.

This song is a necessity for Halloween. Almost everyone who grew up watching "A.N.T Farm" on Disney Channel knows this song and it gives off the perfect get-up-and-dance vibe. The song has over 38,000,000 streams. No one will be able to resist singing along.

What better song to give off a creepy message? “Somebody’s Watching Me” is Rockwell’s most streamed song and will definitely have people looking over their shoulder.

Halloween is all about playing characters, so “Poker Face” felt fitting to include. "Poker Face" released in 2008 on Lady Gaga's debut studio album titled “The Fame.” The song currently has over 790,000,000 streams on Spotify.

This song will have you feeling like you’re a mysterious character in a movie, while absolutely killing the night. It is very hard to not get up and feel yourself to this song.

This song was made for Halloween. Olivia O’Brien released this song in 2021 around Halloween time. The music video is literally a horror movie, of sorts.

If this song doesn’t get you up and dancing, then I don’t know what will. Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa absolutely killed it with this song and I think it is the perfect fit for Halloween festivities. The song was released in 2020 and currently has 570,000,000 streams on Spotify.

Do I even need to explain myself? This Halloween classic was released in 1996 and has so many remixes that would be perfect for your playlists.
